Our Commitment
At MAX Total Benefits Solutions, Inc., we believe benefits are personal. We build smart, cost-effective programs for employers, but our work truly shows when life throws you a curveball: a serious diagnosis, a denied claim, a prescription unable to be filled. We don’t hand an employee or their family member a phone number. We walk beside them at every step of the journey, explaining their options, advocating for them with insurance carriers and providers, and following through until it’s resolved, with the discretion and care we’d give our own family.
