Our team is led by David M. Solomons, an employee benefits veteran who has been consulting with clients for over 28 years.
David is an expert in the design, negotiation, implementation and management of group benefits programs. He has worked with companies employing 10 to 10,000 employees, and has managed every facet of program implementation from claims data analysis to employee education.
Before founding MAX, David was Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo Insurance Services. His responsibilities included new business development, establishing client relationships and oversight of the account management team. David has consistently exceeded client expectations, overall strategy, renewal negotiations and execution of the clients’ goals.
David formed MAX to regain what is inevitably lost at Fortune 500 companies: genuine collaboration with clients, innovative ideas, strategic long-term solutions, and unwavering commitment. He delivers advanced technological tools and resources to employers and employees, which have become the standard of excellence in today's management of employee benefits.
At MAX, he leads a team of skilled and knowledgeable people who execute on every aspect of clients' needs.
Jennifer Ocasio, VP, Client Services
Jennifer Ocasio joined Max Total Benefits Solutions in early July 2011. Jennifer brings with her, over 25 years of customer service experience and human resource generalist experience. She has worked at the corporate and district management level for such organizations as; The Limited Inc. Corporate, Armani, Bed Bath & Beyond, Godiva, and most recently with Regus Management Group. Jennifer has been service MAX clients in virtually everyway from; compliance, HR support services, employeed education, renewal anaylsis, implementation for corporate training programs.
Jennifer is known for her energy and compassion but, most of all for her unwavering commitment to her clients. Communication, follow through, and a genuine commitment to servicing clients and their needs. Throughout the years, her passion for her clients and building lasting relationships, has gained her a reputation for delivering great service.
Dana Fields, Senior Account Executive
Dana joined the MAX team in 2016 as our Senior AE, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in dealing with the Small Group to groups over 500+ lives. Dana came to us from Gallagher and their Small Market divison. Her dedication to clients, her knowledge of plan designs & renewal processing and her commitment to employee advocay has made Dana a intregal part of the MAX Team.
